LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY

WILLIAMS ELECTRIC TRAINS will repair or replace (at its discretion)any part
which it finds faulty in workmanship or material provided these instructions are
followed:

1.  The warranty card for the item is returned to Williams Electric Trains within 10
    days of purchase.

2. Include the following with the returned article:

   • A note regarding the nature of the problem.

   • Your name, address and telephone number.

3. All returned items must be shipped fully post paid and insured to Williams
   Electric Trains.

4. All items must be packed using the original packaging materials.

5. DATED PROOF OF PURCHASE must accompany all returns.

Items covered under the Lifetime Limited Warranty:
Motors, Gears, Wheels, Axles, trucks, trucksides and couplers.

All other items except those excluded below are covered under the One Year
Warranty.

This warranty only pertains to the original puchaser of this product.
This warranty does not include transportation damage, misuse (including failure to
Lubricate as per instructions), accident or any items that have been tampered with.
This warranty does not pertain to wear parts - light bulbs, tires, and pick up rollers.

Merchandise produced prior to 1997 is subject to a one year warranty.
